Service Terms

These Service Terms govern your access to and use of cloud storage, backup, archiving, and related services provided by NeuralCloud Systems, Karachi, Pakistan. By subscribing to or using our services, your organization agrees to these terms.

NeuralCloud Systems provisions commercial S3 cloud object storage, off-site backup capacity, and digital media and CCTV archiving, together with the support specified in the applicable quotation.

Storage architecture and service fees are provided by custom quotation. Local invoicing and payment in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are available as agreed in the customer quotation.

Billing frequency, included capacity, and service terms are specified in each written quotation or agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials, for the data you upload, and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to store that data.

You agree not to use the service to store unlawful content or to engage in activity that disrupts the integrity or performance of our platform.

The storage architecture is designed for 11 nines of data durability. Objects written with Object Lock enabled are immutable for the retention period you configure and cannot be modified or deleted during that period.

NeuralCloud resells access to commercial cloud storage and provisions customer accounts; customers are responsible for their own data handling, backup configuration, and retention choices.

NeuralCloud provides local reseller and provisioning support from Karachi. Support scope and service-level commitments are specified in the applicable customer quotation or agreement.

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the storage platform. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and performed during low-usage windows wherever possible.

Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the notice period in the applicable quotation. On termination, you receive a defined export window to retrieve your data before it is securely destroyed.
